Registrations
What we hold
ISO certification
S-Tech operates under an ISO-certified quality management system. The certificate number, scope and issuing body are published here — request the certificate copy and we will send it with the quote.

Udyam / MSME registration
Registered under the Udyam MSME scheme. Registration details are provided on request and appear on invoices where required for procurement.
GST registration
GST registered. GSTIN appears on every invoice and is available for vendor onboarding.
Product approvals
Hardware is supplied compliant with the Indian 865–867 MHz UHF allocation and its power limits. Where a deployment requires a product to be supplied as a licensed medical device under CDSCO, that regulatory scope is agreed separately before contract.
Data security
How we handle data
- Data is encrypted in transit over TLS, and at rest where the deployment supports it.
- Access is role-based, with a full audit trail of who changed what and when.
- Self-hosted deployments keep the database inside the client's own building, on the client's own hardware.
- The client owns the data and can export it in full at any time, with no lock-in clause.
- Backups are scheduled, tested and retained per the agreed retention policy.
- Lead and personal data collected through this website is used only to respond to the enquiry, and is never sold or shared.
Warranty & support
What is covered
- Hardware carries the manufacturer warranty, handled by us rather than by referring you to the manufacturer.
- Software deployments include a warranty period after go-live covering defects and configuration corrections.
- Annual maintenance contracts cover support, fixes, small enhancements and a defined response time.
- Standby units are available under AMC for critical hardware such as gate controllers and printers.
For procurement and tender teams
We supply certificate copies, GSTIN, Udyam details, bank details, a company profile and past-performance references as a vendor onboarding pack. Ask and we will send it with the quotation rather than making you chase it document by document.
