Warehouse Management System
Run receiving, QC, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and transfers across one warehouse or many — with RFID readers, handhelds and label printers doing the counting and the paperwork.

S-Tech WMS runs the physical warehouse. Goods are received against a purchase order, inspected, put away to a real bin, allocated FEFO or FIFO against a sales order, picked, packed and dispatched, and every movement lands in a stock ledger. Stock moves between warehouses through a full transfer cycle with in-transit visibility. RFID readers, a native Android UHF handheld app and a phone app for Android and iOS work against the same server, and labels for products, bins, cartons and pallets print from a built-in designer.

Why this exists
What it fixes
These are the problems clients describe to us before they buy. If none of them sounds like your week, this may not be the right product — tell us and we will point you at a better one.
What we hear
Goods receipt is a manual count at the dock, which slows the truck down and still misses short supply.
Stock is recorded at warehouse level, not bin level, so pickers hunt and new staff take weeks to become useful.
A full stock count means shutting the warehouse, so it happens quarterly and the numbers drift in between.
Pallets and crates leave with customers and nobody can say who is holding how many.
What is inside
12 modules
Every deployment turns on the modules you need. Nothing here is a separate purchase unless the plan says so.
Inbound, GRN & QC
Suppliers, purchase orders, advance shipping notices, GRN in manual or RFID mode with rejected, damaged and hold quantities, then quality inspection before stock is released.
Layout & put-away
Zones, aisles, racks, shelves and bins with capacity and priorities. Put-away tasks are created after QC with a suggested bin, and replenishment tasks move stock from bulk to the pick bin.
Outbound
Customers and sales orders, FEFO or FIFO stock allocation, pick tasks, wave planning, packing with carton count and weight, and dispatch with vehicle, driver, transporter and e-way bill number.
Real-time stock & ledger
Live stock by product, bin, batch and expiry, with reserved and available quantities, and a movement ledger behind every number.
Warehouse transfer
Transfer request, picking, packing, dispatch, in-transit stock, receipt with QC, put-away, scan verification and an exceptions queue, with its own dashboard and reports.
RFID operations
Reader management for fixed, gate, desktop and handheld readers, tag registry, tag encoding jobs, live event monitor, RFID stock counts reconciled against expected tags, and an exceptions queue.
Returnable assets
Pallets and crates tagged and tracked out and back. Direction comes from each tag's own history, balances are kept per counterparty, and overdue returns and turnaround time are reported.
Labels & barcodes
Label designer for product, bin, GS1-128 carton and pallet labels, print centre and queue, network printers, serial counters and 104 barcode symbologies sent as printer commands.
Billing & scan to bill
Invoices, a scan-to-bill counter, payments, GST tax rates including IGST and cess, and billing reports.
Advanced warehouse
Dock management with appointments, slotting analysis by movement class, carton and pallet load units, labour productivity, approval workflow and an integration centre for ERP, e-commerce, transport and accounting endpoints.
Automation & IoT
Conveyors, sorters, AGV and AMR, ASRS, RFID tunnels, scales and printers registered as devices, with events, commands, task queues, a rule engine and alerts.
Roles, devices & reports
Role-based permissions, user and device approval for handhelds, audit trail, and reports for stock, low stock, expiry, GRN, dispatch, transfers and warehouse hierarchy.
The RFID difference
What RFID adds over manual and barcode
Barcode and manual entry still work everywhere in this product. This is what changes when you add RFID on top.
- A fixed reader at the dock door reads a whole load as it passes, so receipt and dispatch are checked without opening every carton.
- An RFID stock count snapshots the tags a bin should hold and reconciles what the handheld reads, so counting happens while the warehouse runs.
- Returnable pallets and crates are counted out and back by tag, and a mixed load is refused at the truck where it can still be fixed.
- Tags do not need line of sight, so goods can be read inside cartons, on high racks and through shrink wrap.
Deployment
Cloud, your server, or no internet at all
The same software either way. This is a deployment choice, not a different edition with fewer features.
Cloud
Hosted and managed. Nothing to install, live in days.
Self-hosted
On your own server, inside your building. You own the database.
Fully offline
Runs on a local network with no internet at all, and syncs when one returns.
Runs on
- Web
- Android
- iOS
- Android UHF handhelds
Integrates with
- ERP, e-commerce, transport and accounting endpoints via the integration centre
- Thermal label printers (ZPL)
- UHF RFID fixed, gate and handheld readers
- Conveyors, sorters, AGV/AMR and ASRS over MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, Modbus or TCP
- Weighing scales
- Barcode scanners by keyboard wedge or broadcast intent
Who it is for
- Distribution and 3PL warehouses
- Manufacturing stores and raw material warehouses
- E-commerce fulfilment centres

How it is sold
Plan tiers
Actual pricing depends on modules, users, sites and whether you host it yourself, so it is quoted. These tiers tell you where you would sit.
Professional
Several warehouses with transfers, RFID, labelling, billing and the advanced warehouse modules.

The same nine promises, on all 22 products
These are not per-product features. They apply to everything we build, and they are the reason our software works on sites where other systems do not.
RFID-first
Every product is built around RFID speed and modern technology from the start, not bolted on afterwards.
Any RFID hardware
Ready to configure with any make of RFID hardware. Barcode, QR code and traditional manual methods work by default.
Runs anywhere
Web, Windows, macOS, Linux, Ubuntu, Unix and Android. Your team uses the machine it already has.
Online or offline
Works fully online in the cloud, or fully offline on a local server, and syncs when a connection returns.
Self-hosted option
Host it on your own server and keep the data inside your building. No dependence on our infrastructure.
White-label
Available under your own brand — logo, colours, product name and domain.
Customisable
Every deployment is unique. Modules, fields, forms, reports and workflows are changed to fit your process.
Performance & reliability
Built for speed and uptime under real load, on real hardware, in places with unreliable power and network.
Secure by design
Encrypted data, role-based access, full audit trail and scheduled backups. You own the data.
A note on wording: where we say "fully offline" we mean the system runs on a local server on your own network with no internet connection, and syncs when one returns. Where we say "secure" we mean encrypted data, role-based access, a full audit trail and backups you control. We would rather be specific than round it up to 100%.
Questions
Before you ask us
The things buyers actually check. If your question is not here, ask it — we answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
Do we have to tag everything to start?
No. Each product is set to RFID or manual tracking, and GRN can be done in manual or RFID mode. Most sites start with pallets and cartons and keep barcode at item level.
Will it work with our existing ERP?
The integration centre holds the ERP, e-commerce, transport and accounting endpoints with their credentials and a call log. The connector for your system is set up during implementation.
Which handhelds does it support?
A native Android app runs on UHF RFID handhelds for shipment, inventory, find and scan-to-bill. A separate phone app for Android and iOS covers scanning, tasks and stock. New devices stay pending until an administrator approves them.
Can it run with no internet at the site?
Yes. The server can be installed on-premise and handhelds find it on the local network. The handheld app can sign in offline and saves every scan on the device first, then posts it when the server is reachable.
