A card is the credential most organisations settle on, because people already know how to carry one. We supply blank and pre-printed PVC cards, RFID and NFC cards, contact and contactless smart cards, and everything needed to print and encode them in-house — which is what actually matters, because most of the work is replacements.

In plain words

A plastic card with a chip and antenna inside it. A proximity card just returns a number. A smart card has memory and security on the chip, so it can hold data and keys and be used for payment or secure access.
