RFID Printers

Print the label and encode the tag in one pass

5 types listedSupplied & commissionedBulk & OEM available

An RFID printer prints the human-readable text and barcode on a smart label and writes the tag number into the chip at the same time, then verifies that the write succeeded. That last step matters: a printer without verification will happily produce a stack of labels with dead tags.

In plain words

A thermal transfer printer with an RFID encoder in the print path. The label goes in blank, comes out printed and encoded, and any tag that fails to write is voided and reprinted automatically.

What you get from us

Not just the box

Encode and verify

Every tag is written and read back before the label is released. Failed tags are voided and reprinted, so a bad tag never reaches your product.

Driven by our software

Label templates, numbering and encoding rules are configured in the S-Tech application, so operators just press print.

TSC and Zebra

We supply and support both, and we service what we sell rather than pointing you at the manufacturer.

Consumables supplied

Smart labels, ribbons and cleaning kits stocked, so a running line does not stop for a ribbon.

Where it is used

Typical applications

  • Carton and pallet labelling at goods receipt
  • Retail item tagging
