Hardware
Readers that count without anyone doing anything
A fixed reader is mounted at a place where things pass — a dock door, a gate, a conveyor, a shelf — and it reads everything that goes by. Once it is installed and tuned nobody has to do anything, which is what makes it different from a handheld: the counting happens whether staff remember or not.
A fixed RFID reader is a box connected to one or more antennas. It transmits radio energy through the antennas, listens for the tags that reply, filters out duplicates and sends clean events to your software over Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
The range
Model names and exact specifications change as manufacturers revise their ranges. These are indicative — your quotation carries the current specification.

What you get from us
Power, antenna angle, dwell time and filtering are set against your actual traffic. This tuning is the difference between 92% and 99.9% read rate.
Readers configured for the 865–867 MHz band permitted in India, with the correct power limits.
Trigger a light stack, a barrier, a buzzer or a camera directly from a read, without waiting on the server.
Readers buffer reads locally when the network drops and forward them when it returns, so nothing is lost.
Where it is used
Compatible software
It also works with software we did not write. We integrate at protocol level, so this hardware can be driven from your own system — that is a service we offer.
Readers are quoted with the antennas, cables, mounting and commissioning that make them work. We do not sell a reader as a box on its own unless you have your own integration team — say so and we will quote hardware only.
