Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 September 2026. Written in plain English rather than in the usual boilerplate, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message you provide. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring source, any campaign parameters in the URL, your IP address and your browser type. Nothing else is collected from you.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to send you the document you requested, and to keep a record of our correspondence. That is the entire purpose.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us operate: our email provider, our SMS and WhatsApp gateway, and our hosting and CDN provider. Each processes the data only to deliver that service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for three years from the last contact, so we can pick up a conversation if you return. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and, where enabled, a privacy-respecting analytics measure of page views. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will act within thirty days.
Client data in deployed systems
Data inside a system we have deployed for a client belongs to that client, not to us. On a self-hosted deployment it never leaves their building. Where we host on a client's behalf, we process it only under their instruction.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
