Being clear about this up front prevents most of the arguments that happen at the end of a project.
- Discovery with the people who will actually use it, before anything is designed
- Two-week increments with something working at the end of each, not a demo at month three
- You own the source code on fixed-price and dedicated-team engagements
- A staging environment for your review before anything reaches production
- A warranty period after go-live, then an AMC with a defined response time if you want one
- Scope changes handled as written change requests, not absorbed silently and resented later
We will tell you when not to buy
If one of our 22 products already does 90% of what you need, we will say so rather than quote you a custom build. If barcode is the right technology for your job, we will say that too, even though the RFID project is worth more to us.
If your data is not good enough for the AI project you are asking for, you will hear it at the data-check stage — before you spend money on a build that cannot work.
We would rather lose one quotation than deliver a project that disappoints and takes the relationship with it.

Which one fits depends mostly on how settled the requirement is.

Fixed price
A defined scope, a fixed cost and a fixed timeline. Best when the requirement is clear and stable. Changes go through a documented change request rather than being argued about later.

Dedicated team
One or more engineers working only on your product, billed monthly. Best when the requirement will evolve and you want to steer it week to week.
- 03
Annual maintenance
Support, fixes, small enhancements and a defined response time for a system already live — whether we built it or someone else did.
