Business Email Hosting
Professional email on your own domain — webmail for your staff, a simple admin panel for adding people and domains, and billing per address rather than per seat.

Business Email Hosting gives a company addresses on its own domain, such as [email protected], without running a mail server. Staff use a familiar webmail with folders, search, compose and attachments. The owner or office manager uses a separate admin panel to add a domain, publish the DNS records it shows, create mailboxes and pay for them. Each address is bought on its own, with its own storage allowance and its own term, and every organisation is kept strictly separate from every other. It is offered as a hosted service and can be run under a reseller's own brand.
Why this exists
What it fixes
These are the problems clients describe to us before they buy. If none of them sounds like your week, this may not be the right product — tell us and we will point you at a better one.
What we hear
Staff send business mail from personal accounts, so the company loses the mail when a person leaves.
Setting up a domain for email means MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that the person doing it has never heard of.
Per-seat plans charge the same for a shared accounts@ inbox as for the managing director, and storage is pooled so one heavy user fills it for everyone.
Adding or removing an address needs a call to whoever set the email up.
What is inside
11 modules
Every deployment turns on the modules you need. Nothing here is a separate purchase unless the plan says so.
Webmail
Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Archive, Spam and Trash, with search across sender, subject and body, starring, paging and a reading pane. Keyboard shortcuts for moving through the list and composing.
Compose and reply
New mail, reply, reply all and forward, drafts that are saved, attachments, and a daily sending allowance shown as you write.
Safe message display
HTML mail is sanitised and shown in a sandboxed frame, and remote pictures are not loaded by default, so a sender cannot tell whether a message was opened.
Domains and DNS guide
Add a domain and get the exact records to publish — ownership, MX, SPF, a DKIM key generated for that domain and optional DMARC — with copy buttons and a status for each record as it is checked.
Mailbox management
Create an address on a verified domain, give it a display name and a storage allowance, set or reset its password, and see its status from setting up to active.
Per-address storage
Each address carries the storage it was bought with, from 1 GB upwards, and more can be added to one address without touching the others. There is no shared pool to run out of.
Billing and GST
Monthly, six-monthly or yearly terms per address, with longer terms discounted. Prices are worked out on the server with GST shown before payment, discount codes are supported, and each address renews on its own date.
People and roles
Invite people to administer the organisation as owner, admin, billing or member. Having a mailbox and being an administrator are kept separate.
Templates and sending API
Reusable email templates with placeholders, started blank or from a gallery, and an HTTP API with keys so a website can send order confirmations and receipts from the organisation's own addresses.
Activity log
Administrative actions on the organisation are recorded, most recent first. Message contents are never written to the log.
Platform console
A separate operator console for the provider: organisations, mailbox provisioning, abuse reports, payments, plans and pricing, discount codes, storage and gateway settings.
The RFID difference
What RFID adds over manual and barcode
Barcode and manual entry still work everywhere in this product. This is what changes when you add RFID on top.
- Alerts and reports from other S-Tech systems — attendance, stock or gate events — can be sent from your own domain through the sending API, so they arrive from an address your people recognise.
- Combined with the S-Tech SMS & WhatsApp gateway, the same event can reach a person on email, SMS or WhatsApp from one supplier.
Deployment
Cloud, your server, or no internet at all
The same software either way. This is a deployment choice, not a different edition with fewer features.
Cloud
Hosted and managed. Nothing to install, live in days.
Self-hosted
On your own server, inside your building. You own the database.

How it is sold
Plan tiers
Actual pricing depends on modules, users, sites and whether you host it yourself, so it is quoted. These tiers tell you where you would sit.
Free trial
One mailbox with 1 GB of storage for 30 days on each domain you add. Nothing renews on its own.
Get a pricePer address
Pay for each address and the storage it needs, monthly, every six months or yearly. Longer terms are discounted and every address renews on its own date.
Get a priceWhite-label
The whole platform — webmail, admin panel and operator console — run under your brand for your own customers.
Get a priceEvery S-Tech product
The same nine promises, on all 22 products
These are not per-product features. They apply to everything we build, and they are the reason our software works on sites where other systems do not.
RFID-first
Every product is built around RFID speed and modern technology from the start, not bolted on afterwards.
Any RFID hardware
Ready to configure with any make of RFID hardware. Barcode, QR code and traditional manual methods work by default.
Runs anywhere
Web, Windows, macOS, Linux, Ubuntu, Unix and Android. Your team uses the machine it already has.
Online or offline
Works fully online in the cloud, or fully offline on a local server, and syncs when a connection returns.
Self-hosted option
Host it on your own server and keep the data inside your building. No dependence on our infrastructure.
White-label
Available under your own brand — logo, colours, product name and domain.
Customisable
Every deployment is unique. Modules, fields, forms, reports and workflows are changed to fit your process.
Performance & reliability
Built for speed and uptime under real load, on real hardware, in places with unreliable power and network.
Secure by design
Encrypted data, role-based access, full audit trail and scheduled backups. You own the data.
A note on wording: where we say "fully offline" we mean the system runs on a local server on your own network with no internet connection, and syncs when one returns. Where we say "secure" we mean encrypted data, role-based access, a full audit trail and backups you control. We would rather be specific than round it up to 100%.
Questions
Before you ask us
The things buyers actually check. If your question is not here, ask it — we answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
Do we need to move our domain?
No. Your domain stays with whoever registered it. You add a few DNS records that the admin panel lists for you, and the panel checks them and shows which ones are still missing.
Is it priced per user?
It is priced per address. A shared accounts@ mailbox is one address, with its own storage and its own term, and nothing is charged as a seat.
Can our staff read mail on a phone?
Yes. Webmail runs in a phone browser as well as on a laptop, so nothing needs to be installed.
Can one company see another company's mail?
No. Every organisation is isolated in the database and in the application, and even the provider's own staff console has no way to open a mailbox's contents.
