S-Tech Entrance Automation replaces the gate register. Residents and staff carry a card or a windshield tag and the barrier opens for them. Visitors are registered at a kiosk or by the guard, the resident approves on their phone, and a pass is issued with a photo and a time limit. Every entry and exit is recorded, so the society or the company has a real record rather than a book of signatures.

The RFID difference
What RFID adds over manual and barcode
Barcode and manual entry still work everywhere in this product. This is what changes when you add RFID on top.
- A long-range windshield tag opens the barrier while the car is still approaching, so there is no stop and no queue.
- Cards are read from a pocket or a bag, so entry keeps moving at shift change.
- A lost or withdrawn credential is blocked centrally in seconds, which a physical key can never be.

A note on wording: where we say "fully offline" we mean the system runs on a local server on your own network with no internet connection, and syncs when one returns. Where we say "secure" we mean encrypted data, role-based access, a full audit trail and backups you control. We would rather be specific than round it up to 100%.
Questions
Before you ask us
The things buyers actually check. If your question is not here, ask it — we answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
Does it work with the barriers we already have?
Usually yes. Most boom barriers and turnstiles accept a dry-contact or relay input, which is what our controller drives. We confirm the make and model before quoting.
Can residents approve visitors from their phone?
Yes. The resident app shows the visitor with a photo and the guard sees the approval or rejection immediately. Residents can also pre-approve regular visitors with a code.
What happens if the internet or the server goes down?
The gate controllers hold their credential list locally and keep working. Records queue and sync when the connection returns, so entry never stops.
Is this the same as your Smart Attendance product?
They share hardware but do different jobs. Entrance Automation controls who gets in and manages visitors and vehicles. Smart Attendance is about marking presence for payroll. Many sites run both on one card.
