Hardware
Issue an ID card in-house, in minutes
The real cost of ID cards is not the first print run, it is the replacements — a card lost every week, a new joiner every month. An in-house card printer turns that into a five-minute job at the front desk. We supply single and dual-sided printers, with encoding and lamination where the card has to last or has to be secure.
A printer that prints directly onto a plastic card, and optionally writes the RFID chip or magnetic stripe at the same time. Direct-to-card printing is the standard method; retransfer printing gives a full-bleed, higher-quality result on chip cards.

Model names and exact specifications change as manufacturers revise their ranges. These are indicative — your quotation carries the current specification.

What you get from us
A lost card is reprinted at the front desk in minutes instead of being ordered from a vendor and waited on for a week.
The card comes out printed and encoded with the right number already in your system, so there is no second step to forget.
Card layouts with photo, name, department, barcode and QR are built in the S-Tech admin, so operators just select a person and print.
Ribbons, cleaning kits and spares stocked, with an annual maintenance contract and a standby unit option.
Where it is used
Compatible software
It also works with software we did not write. We integrate at protocol level, so this hardware can be driven from your own system — that is a service we offer.
Printers are supplied with a starter ribbon, cleaning kit and a box of cards. Ask about an annual consumables contract if you issue more than a few hundred cards a year.
